If I had to vote for the most empathic, approachable and involved person on Medium, I would vote for you Kathy. It is you who dragged me into Chalkboard. It is you who enthused me to keep on trying to write poems in English. Just by being there for us.

You are as old as you feel. The horse might wither away, but the rider keeps young by using the fabulous computer we call brains for relevant goals. My absolute age is 18, my body is floating somewhere between 56 and 80. We move — walk, ride our bikes, work in the garden, play with our grandchildren- as much as possible and keep our BMD at reasonable level.
