Gaetz is an underling of the CQ, even lower than the VQ - Vuck- and the SQ's -Sucks- in the Senate. Gaetz is an LCoQ -Lcock-. The GQC has a complicated structure, a bit like that other system, described by Jonathan Littell in his chilling novel The Kindly Ones. A structure with all kinds of police you can imagine, many of them secret, mandated by the Leader only. Yes, I'm godwinning a bit.
