Am I happy Thanksgiving is not part of our culture! Trumpturkey, bleah! We once had a British neighbor who learned us the right way of making stuffed turkey at X-mas, but we had to do it at her place because our oven is too small. She also learned us to prepare syllabub, X-mas pudding, sabaglione, trifle, Mince meat, Irish stew, flip squitch and sollymodder. No, I made those last two up.

She could have been a niece of Nigella Lawson and we miss her. Only not now because we are into ETH. That’s why I love to think about great food nowadays. Keeps me alert. Or I am a masochist.
