I overlooked art. 213a, par. 34 under b. of the National Dutch Ministrial Executive Order 127/23/80 of 08/32/01: ‘The Royal Colors can exclusively, by exception and by extraordinary Royal whim, be applied to all garments, uniforms and bottoms -in case of the absence of underwear-of unusually brave and loyal servants of the truth and nothing but the truth. Same garments, etc. as described in the Addendum #421 of the National Dutch etc. will be marked as decent, honorable and victorious only when rubberstampeded by Us, the King of the White Oranges.
